Live Work Play Aiea

It is our goal to create a community that encompasses smart growth design, fosters an environment of “live-work-play,” and uses sustainable building and design practices to minimize its environmental footprint.

Current Planning Initiatives & Community Plans

As planned the Live, Work, Play ‘Aiea community is consistent with and implements major components of community and City & County of Honolulu plans for the area, including:

  • City and County General Plan Amendment (2002)

  • Primary Urban Center Development Plan (2004)
